I created this bitter, and citrus forward elixir while running a cocktail program for a restaurant I managed. I added this to sparkling water and spirit for my specialty tonic cocktail. Now, I have bottled it and given it a name. TONYC has notes of warm baking spices, citrus fruit, and bitter gentian that bring the simplest drinks to life.
